Consultation and briefing process

We will schedule a time to meet with you at your premises to assess the current fixtures and layout of the area required, taking all the relevant measurements of your space. This is a good chance for us to understand the scope of the project and how we can help you achieve your goals.

Tell us your ideas and we’ll suggest the best ways to achieve them as well as suggesting some alternative ones that you may not have considered based on our experience in the field. We have a strong focus on creating good relationships with our clients making sure they are informed, and their needs are understood throughout the whole process.

Design and research

After gaining a greater understanding of your requirements from our site visit, we will produce preliminary sketches, creating optimal use of the space.

Choosing and finalising products

Once the basic layout is agreed, we’ll help you to visualise the end result through producing a tailor-made, itemised quotation with examples of proposed products. Lead times and product functionality are always relevant when we create a list of client-specific recommendations, allowing us to make sure all our recommendations are in line with your vision. Any changes to the design or product choice will be made at this stage in conjunction with your feedback.

Planning and management

We will sit down with you to work out a detailed timeline for the project, so all work is completed at your convenience. We’ll arrange regular customer reports to keep you up-to-date on the progress of your project.

Delivery and installation

We will schedule all deliveries and work necessary to realise your project with minimum disruption to you and your family. We’ll use our experience and expertise to ensure that each stage of the installation process occurs in a logical and orderly fashion.

The finished project

We consider this to be the most rewarding stage. We hand back the completed project and invite customers to inspect our workmanship. We take care to present an immaculate end result and discuss in detail how everything works.
